We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who does not comply with these rules.
Use of Our Services
■ Guests with injuries or medical conditions that may affect their treatment are kindly asked not to use our services.
■ Z-SPA is a men-only establishment. Guests under 18 and women are not permitted.
■ Shower time is included in the total duration of your booked course.
■ Condoms must be used during anal play. Please understand that certain activities may not be possible depending on the staff member's physical condition or other circumstances.
■ Reservations may need to be changed due to staff health or unforeseen circumstances.
Cancellation Policy
■ For both private-room and outcall bookings, a cancellation fee of ¥3,000 applies. For private-room bookings, an additional ¥1,000 room fee applies.
■ For outcall cancellations, a ¥3,000 cancellation fee plus round-trip transportation expenses will be charged.
Prohibited Activities
■ Asking for or attempting to obtain staff members' real names, home addresses, personal contact details, or other private information is strictly prohibited.
■ Sharing your personal phone number, email address, or other contact details with staff members is prohibited.
■ Photography and video recording are strictly prohibited.
■ Meeting staff members outside their scheduled appointments is prohibited.
■ The use of drugs is strictly prohibited.
■ Recruiting or soliciting our staff is prohibited, regardless of your industry.
■ We take online harassment and defamatory statements seriously and may seek legal advice and pursue claims for damages.

■ Our replies may occasionally be delayed. If you have not received a response within one hour, please check your email settings and contact us again.

Q. How can I make a reservation?
A. The easiest way to book is through the Contact page on our website.

When making a reservation, please provide the following information:
- Preferred date and start time
- Course: Relaxation / Escort / Relaxation + Escort
- Duration: 60 / 90 / 120 / 150 minutes
- Preferred staff member
- Private room or outcall service
- Shower assistance: Yes or No
Providing all six details will help us process your reservation smoothly.
Please note that we do not accept reservations by phone. However, if you provide your phone number, we may be able to call you.
Q. I made a reservation but haven't received an email reply. What should I do?
A. First, please check your spam or junk mail folder.
The two most common reasons for not receiving a reply are:
- The email address entered in the reservation form is incorrect.
- Your email provider or spam filter is blocking our messages.
If you're using a smartphone or mobile email service, please check your spam-filter settings and temporarily allow incoming messages from us if necessary.
Q. What are the benefits of the Relaxation Course?
A. Our Relaxation Course is designed to promote relaxation and support healthy circulation.
It may help ease everyday discomfort associated with muscle tension, stiff shoulders, lower back discomfort, neck and back tightness, eye strain, headaches, and fatigue.
At Z-SPA, we use slightly firmer pressure while working in harmony with your breathing. Our approach combines attentive touch and a sense of warmth to help you release stress and unwind.
We take pride in offering a distinctive relaxation experience.
Q. Is physical contact with the staff member allowed during the session?
A. To help guests relax physically and mentally, our sessions are generally performed with both the guest and staff member unclothed.
However, clothed sessions are also available upon request.
Some physical contact may occur naturally during the session. Gentle contact is permitted as long as it does not interfere with the treatment or make the staff member uncomfortable.
The Relaxation Course is primarily intended for guests who want to relieve fatigue, ease muscle tension, and enjoy a relaxing experience.
Q. Q. Can I change from the Relaxation Course to the Relaxation & Escort Course?
A. Yes, course changes are possible. You will need to pay the difference in price.
For example, changing from the 60-minute Relaxation Course (¥11,000) to the 90-minute Relaxation & Escort Course (¥19,000) adds 30 minutes and costs an additional ¥8,000.
Q. Are there any optional services?
A. The only optional service is shower assistance.
Q. Can I extend my session during the appointment?
A. Yes, provided that the staff member has no other reservations afterward.
Please let your staff member know during your session.
Q. Can I see photos of the staff members' faces?
A. We're sorry, but to protect our staff members' privacy, we do not share photos showing their faces.
Only the photos displayed on our website are available. We do not provide additional photo albums.
Although our staff members do not show their faces publicly, we have a team of attractive, friendly men.
Q. How do you recruit such attractive staff members?
A. We're always actively recruiting and offer competitive compensation to attract quality staff members.
Q. Why does it take time for new staff members to make their debut?
A. We provide extensive training until each staff member reaches a level of service that meets our guests' expectations.
Because our guests pay premium rates, we place great importance on professional etiquette and treatment skills.
At Z-SPA, our staff members take pride in their work and continuously strive to provide a satisfying experience.
Q. Do you offer outcall services?
A. Absolutely! We welcome outcall reservations.

Q. Do I need to prepare anything for an outcall appointment?
A. We will bring everything needed for the session.
All you need to provide is a suitable space for the treatment. There is no need to clean or make any special preparations.
Q. Do you accept credit cards?
A. We're sorry, but we currently do not accept credit cards.
Payment is by cash only.
Q. Can I visit without a reservation?
A. Z-SPA operates strictly by appointment only.
However, same-day and last-minute reservations may be possible. Please contact us to check availability.
Q. I'm not confident about my appearance. Am I still welcome?
A. Absolutely. There is no need to worry about your age, body type, or appearance.
We would be happy to share meaningful conversations and experiences that are unique to Z-SPA.
We make every effort to create a welcoming and comfortable environment, especially for first-time guests.

Q. Can I make a reservation outside regular business hours, including late at night?
A. We do our best to accommodate requests outside our regular business hours when arranged in advance.
We do not charge an additional late-night service fee.
Q. Will I encounter other guests during my visit?
A. Z-SPA operates strictly by appointment only.
We take great care to protect our guests' privacy, so you will not encounter other guests during your visit.
Q. I'm straight. Can I still use your services?
A. Of course. Our services are available to all men, regardless of sexual orientation.
If you would like a standard relaxation session only, please write "Standard Relaxation Only" in the comments section of your reservation form.
If this request is not specified, the refreshment service will be included automatically.
Q. I am also interested in the refreshment service. How intimate is it?
A. Our main focus is providing quality relaxation treatments. The refreshment service should be considered a secondary part of the experience.
Requests for more extensive intimate services are generally not accepted under the standard course. Guests who wish to request additional services should switch to the Escort Course.
In the past, a staff member accepted requests for excessive services despite feeling unable to refuse. This resulted in the termination of their contract.
We ask all guests to respect our service guidelines and staff members' boundaries.
